Woa!! Haeckelia would be my assertion as well, with one tentacle extended/visible, but am not used to seeing them of this size!

The slightly rounded aboral pole, the long, unbranching tentacle, and the length of the ctene rows help ID this guy

the ctene rows are about 1/2 the body length and the meridional canals are equal in length and nearly the length of the body
