  Not sure if it is a cydippid or medusa at top center, but I guessed cydippid because I only see two tentacles.

  I would guess #Medusa, the body doesn't have the proper shape for a Ctenophore and the tentacles seems to be growing from the bell margin.

  The other tentacles are probably hidden/overlapped.
