    Yes I think they are carnivores of other plankton, I think even other medusa as well

    yes, #medusae eat other plankton! some, like #solmaris, exclusively eat other jellies. this guy probably is not eating the larvacean though.

    because the larvacean looks blurry and the #medusae looks clear.. so they're probably not on the same plane of space

    @anthropoteuthis are you talking about this frame? the object on "top" of the Liriope tetraphylla is a larvacean (likely Fritillaridae).
