  One is to have even more examples of plankton types, in "less than ideal" circumstances, from more angles. Rolled-up larvaceans, unclear larvacean houses, rocket-ships on messy backgrounds, what things look like when the tail isn't very visible, etc.

  Then I'm thinking perhaps a better way to go about this is for people to specialise in just one plankton type. With the idea that you can get pretty good at identifying just one creature from any and every angle, and someone else can do other creatures in the image. Just an idea.
